DMCA and takedown requests

TryTinyDesk is an independent parody tool. If you hold rights in material used here, or you appear in a video without agreeing to it, contact us and we will remove it.
Copyright notices
Email your notice to support@trytinydesk.app with “DMCA” in the subject line, including:
- The work you own and where it appears on TryTinyDesk (links are helpful)
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
We act on complete notices within 2 business days and notify the account holder.
If you appear in a video
If you're in a video made here and didn't agree to it, email us the link. No legal notice needed; we'll take it down.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice that identifies what was removed, states under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, gives your contact details, consents to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and carries your signature. We pass it on to the person who filed the notice.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly upload material they have no right to use will be closed.
