TryTinyDesk (trytinydesk.app) turns photos you upload into short AI parody videos. Below is what we collect to do that, who else handles it, and when it's deleted.
Data we collect
- Your account: your email address, plus your name and profile picture when you log in with Google.
- Uploaded photos: the photos you place in the seats, used only to render your video.
- Rendered videos: the finished files, so you can return and download them later.
- Purchases: Stripe runs checkout. We receive your email, the pack you bought and the amount, but never your full card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs kept by our host, and the link or campaign tag you arrived from, so we can tell which links work.
Service providers
- Cloudflare: hosting, file storage and login emails
- Stripe: payment processing
- Google: login, only if you choose it
- Our AI video provider: receives your photos to render the video
We never sell personal data and we don't run advertising cookies.
Retention
- Uploaded photos: removed from our storage within 2 days.
- Rendered videos: kept in your account until you ask us to remove them.
- Account and purchase records: kept while your account is open; purchase records for as long as tax rules require.
Cookies
We use two first-party cookies: one keeps you logged in, and one remembers for 60 days which link brought you to us. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Email us to get a copy of your data, remove your videos, or close your account; we answer within 30 days. TryTinyDesk is only for adults: don't use it if you're under 18, and never upload photos of minors.
Updates
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
